Return of Damaged Goods:
In cases where the product(s) is(are) damaged or delivered in damaged packaging (such as open seals, broken container, etc.), the customer may return such products to EyePharma US within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. EyePharma US will pay for the cost of shipping the replacement product and replace such damaged product(s).
Return of Non-Damaged Goods:
Customers may return non-damaged products within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery as long as the following conditions are met:
1. Customers must notify EyePharma US via email regarding his/her intention to return non-damaged product(s) within 10 days from the date of delivery. For US orders, customers should email firstname.lastname@example.org. Such written notification must include the following information: (a) Customer Name; and (b) Order number and date.
2. Before proceeding to return products to EyePharma US, Customer must obtain a written confirmation/authorization for the return from EyePharma US’ customer services department. Upon your receipt of this authorization, you must make the return within 15 days to the following address:

3. The non-damaged products must be returned to EyePharma US intact and with no damage.
4. Only natural persons (and not entities may) return non-damaged products. Retailers, pharmacies, physician groups or clinics or any other entity who purchases products for resale to third parties may not return non-damaged products and are responsible for full payment of all products.
5. Customer shall be responsible for packaging, shipping and any other costs relating to the return of non-damaged products.
Timing of refund:
EyePharma US will refund the customer within 14 business days of receipt of the returned products as long as such returns are in compliance with EyePharma US’ return policy. The refund will be made on the credit card used for the purchase as specified in the receipt. The refund to customer will not include any applicable shipping charges.
